Grief

Grief is a universal human experience. Grief is inseparable from love. Grief both tears us apart and connects us, with ourselves and ultimately with others. A paradox.

Grief is not only felt when someone dies. Grief invites us to meet our inner experience whenever something precious to us is lost - when children grow up and become independent, when physical health is compromised by a chronic or terminal diagnosis, when relationships end, when jobs are lost or careers end or change.

Whether related to death, illness or life changes, each person’s grief is unique, and adheres to no preconceived timetable. I strive to meet those who are grieving where they are, at any point in their process.

I offer one-on-one grief coaching, group support and grief exploration events.
